Koa’s powerful new feminist classic “White Feminism” is a rousing call for change. Koa Beck, writer and former editor-in-chief of Jezebel, boldly examines the history of feminism, from the true mission of the suffragettes to the rise of corporate feminism with clear-eyed scrutiny and meticulous detail.

Koa Beck  is the former editor-in-chief of Jezebel, Previously, she was executive editor at Vogue and senior features editor at MarieClaire.com. 

Her writing has appeared in The Atlantic and The Guardian. and she has featured in discussions and panels with the BBC and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She lives in Los Angeles with her wife. 

Katrine Marçal is an award-winning author and journalist. She has interviewed many of the world’s most respected people and economic thinkers such as Michelle Obama, Nouriel Roubini, Nassim Taleb and Yanis Varoufakis.  

Her first book “Who Cooked Adam Smith’s Dinner” was named one of The Guardian’s Books of the Year. This year will see the publication of her new book, “Mother of Invention: How Good Ideas Get Ignored In An Economy Built For Men”
