Topshop owner and retail behemoth, Philip Green, has become one of the most notorious and controversial entrepreneurs in recent years.

His adventures are captured in brilliantly lurid detail by Sunday Times business editor Oliver Shah. We’re delighted to host Shah at Libreria as he talks to Rohan Silva about his superb book, Damaged Goods.

His book goes into everything from Shah’s expletive-strewn run-ins with Green, how Green greased up to politicians and celebrities, his schemes to avoid paying tax, bullying associates and the £570m pensions hole he left in BHS. There are also the revelations of Green’s shocking harassment of female employees making him the most high profile scalp in the #metoo movement.

Come and join for a glass of wine and what will be a fascinating discussion.
